TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 13th September, 2026
Welcome to The RealmLegal. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [https://therealmlegal.com] (the "Site"), including all articles and other content we publish (collectively, "Content"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
The RealmLegal is a digital magazine under the parent magazine 'The Realm Magazine', covering law, legal practice, and the ways law intersects across multiple fields. We are a media and editorial publication - we are not a law firm, and nothing on this Site constitutes the practice of law.
2. Not Legal Advice
Content published on the Site is for informational and journalistic purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, and no reader should act or refrain from acting on the basis of any Content without first seeking advice from a licensed practitioner qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.
Laws, regulations, and their interpretation change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. While we aim for accuracy at the time of publication, we do not warrant that any article reflects the current state of the law at the time you read it.
3. Editorial Content, Sourcing & Hyperlinks
3.1 Attribution practice. Where our articles reference data, quotes, statistics, filings, or reporting drawn from third-party sources, we aim to link directly to the original source (e.g., court documents, government publications, academic papers, other news outlets) so readers can verify claims independently. This is a core editorial standard we hold ourselves to.
3.2 No endorsement of linked sites. Hyperlinks to external websites are provided for reference and transparency only. A link does not imply our endorsement of, or affiliation with, the linked site, its operator, or its content. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. External sites are governed by their own terms and policies.
3.3 Link rot & accuracy of sources. Because third-party sites can change or remove content after we publish, a linked source may no longer reflect what it stated when we cited it. If you notice a broken or materially changed source link, we welcome a report at [contact email] so we can review and, where appropriate, correct or annotate the article.
3.4 Corrections policy. If we publish a factual error, we will correct it and, for substantive corrections, note the correction and date at the bottom of the article. We do not silently alter the substance of published reporting.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Our content. Unless otherwise credited, all articles, headlines, graphics, logos, layouts, and original analysis published on the Site are owned by The Realm Magazine and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited license to readers. You may view, share via link, and quote brief excerpts of our Content for personal, non-commercial, or editorial purposes, provided you credit The RealmLegal and link back to the original article. You may not republish, redistribute, or reproduce substantial portions of our Content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.
4.3 Third-party and quoted material. Quotes, excerpts, images, or data attributed to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. We rely on fair use / fair dealing principles, licensing, or permission where required. If you are a rights holder and believe we've used your material improperly, contact us at therealmlegal@gmail.com and we will review the matter promptly.
4.4 Trademarks. "The Realm Magazine and The RealmLegal" and our associated logos are our marks. Other names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or reference only.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;

6. Disclaimers
The Site and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Content is free from mistakes.
Opinions expressed in interviews, guest columns, or bylined analysis are those of the individual author or interviewee and do not necessarily reflect the views of The RealmLegal as a publication.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The RealmLegal, its editors, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any Content, including damages arising from decisions made based on published articles, interviews, or linked third-party sources.
